Welcome to Day 1 of your On-ramping journey with Health Storey! This month, the focus is on creating a clean and organized living environment while on-ramping into healthy eating.

We’ll be clearing out our homes cars and work spaces, creating calm environments where you will be spending time pivoting to a healthy lifestyle. Over the next 30 days of on-ramping you will follow daily steps designed to help you declutter, organize, and refresh your spaces.

Month 1 Clearing Schedule:

  • Week 1: Living Space
    Focus on decluttering and organizing each room, one area at a time—from your bedroom to your kitchen.
  • Week 2: Personal Spaces
    Clear out closets, drawers, and personal items. Let go of what no longer serves you.
  • Week 3: Office Space
    Create an inspiring, productive workspace by removing clutter and setting up an organized system.
  • Week 4: Car and On-the-Go Spaces
    Clean and organize your vehicle and any portable spaces to bring calm and order to your daily travel.
